Sat With Ree: Ako Lang 'To

Hello, everyone.

Hashtag: buhay estudyante. How about slam book? Char. Only 90's kids can relate to this.

Since it's still my anniversary month naisipan kong gumawa ng slam book. Slam book "modern day" version. ๐Ÿ˜ Tsaka sa halip na sa notebook ko isinulat syempre we're in "digital age" kaya dapat level-up na din yong slam book. Yong mga ishe-share ko dito sa aking slam book will be just between you and me. Kaya kung anong mabasa mo dito is "for your eyes only." Okay po ba yon? ๐Ÿ˜

There are certain things from our past that we can never really outgrow eventhough many years have already passed. Simply because these things give us joy while doing them. Just like how I love creating slam books before that eventually lead to creating scrap books that now turned into journaling. Sometimes we have no idea how just by doing simple things when we were younger would eventually lead us in discovering our true passion. During that time all we know is we're doing it simply because it was fun to do or because nakikiuso tayo. But now we're doing it because it makes our heart happy or sometimes when things get too overwhelming it serves as our stress reliever. It also makes us feel alive while doing something that we love. It is important to find something that you love doing especially during this time of pandemic. Even if it's a little childish or doesn't make sense to others what matter is that you find comfort in doing it and it makes you feel like you again. It helps you maintain your sanity in the most insane times of your life. It gives you a break from the reality even just for a little while. It is necessary that you find time to do something that you really love doing.

Your true passion may not be everyone's cup of tea but it doesn't matter. As long it gives you life and a reason to live and it won't hurt anybody you should do it. Find something that excites you, something that boosts your creativity and enlivens your soul. Always remember to never lose the child in you.

Ciao.๐Ÿ˜Š
