Do You Believe In Destiny

As defined by Wikipedia, "Destiny, sometimes also called fate, is a predetermined course of events. It may be conceived as a predetermined future, whether in general or of an individual." Destiny is something bound to happen whether we are in favor of it or not. And I do believe that everything that's going to happen or happened in our lives are already set and no one can stop them.

I believe that every one of us has our own destiny, be it the person we're going to spend the rest of our life or the events that happen to us. And for that reason, I don't believe in accidents. Though there is such thing as vehicular accident, I know that it's really not an accident. It is bound to happen. Perhaps to teach the people involved some life lessons. 

I believe that we don't meet people by accident. We are meant to cross paths with them for us to learn from them or vice versa. I believe that things have to happen, so that we can have a new perspective in how we view different situations in life. We don't have any control over it. It's destiny. 

We don't get to choose our own destiny. We cannot force something to happen if it's not meant to happen. And no matter how much we like someone, we cannot force them to like us back. Simply because we're not meant to be together. There's probably someone out there who's really destined for us.

At times, it's hard to explain why things have to happen the way they do. But somehow, it's so fascinating to think that destiny does the wonder. No need to force things. In the end, what's meant to happen will happen. At the right time, what's meant for us will gravitate towards us effortlessly.

My Worst Job Interview Experience

I probably shared with you in the past how I struggled to find a job. I've been to a lot of job interviews. And when I say a lot, I mean a looooooooot. Sat With Ree: Jab We'll Done

Surprisingly, I had my 2nd dose of anti-covid vaccine earlier than I was expecting. It happened last Monday, November 22. If you want to read about what happened during my first dose just click this.  I already expected a long line and a lot of people in the vaccination site, so I wasn't surprised when I got there. It was crowded. It felt like I went to school for an enrolment because there are really a lot of children there with their own chaperone.  I went there at almost two in the afternoon. The good thing is that there are designated lines for children, for those who will be having their first dose, and for second dose. There were only 3 people in the line for the second dose when I got there.  Unlike during my first dose where I didn't wait that long, this time the waiting took me three hours to get my second dose vaccine. Fortunately, there was a waiting area outside and it wasn't raining, but it was the hottest time of the day. I had my blood pressure checked before
